A note from Doc Lee

We’re perfectly happy to tell a patient when something is in our scope, out of our scope or to work with an MD when a concern requires it. But many patients would be surprised just how effective Oriental Medicine is and for just how many things.

Many don’t even realize we are full primary care physicians with exhaustive medical training, internship and clinical practice.”

For many families, Oriental Medicine is no longer “Alternative” or “Complimentary” but their method of choice for primary healthcare. Whatever is most appropriate is what should be done. Whatever works and is least invasive, does the least to the patient while doing the most good. If you break a leg, you should go have it set at the ER, but Oriental Medicine can keep the swelling down, relieve the pain and speed healing. Everything has its place. An OMD can handle most common and most uncommon healthcare issues and even some many patients would not expect we could. For many families I am their primary family physician. And we do a great job of it. Just ask our patients.

Adam Byrn Tritt, M.Ed., C.Ht. LMT (MA54881)

Adam Byrn Tritt, M.Ed., C.Ht. LMT (MA54881)

Adam's massage and bodywork practice is unique: he melds myofascial, muscular, and kinesthetic therapies with advanced relaxation techniques into a seamless methodology. This allows him to adapt his therapeutic approach to the individual'’s needs in a way that few others can. With experience in education, cognitive psychology, and neuroscience, as well as study in philosophy, eastern traditions and transpersonal psychology, Adam is able to address the apparent (but illusory) separation between body and mind, leaving the client with a sense of connection and well-being that is both physical and emotional. His work is healing on the most profound levels.

“Leaving the office relaxed is great but not good enough. Leaving the office free of pain is wonderful, but also not good enough. That relaxation and well-being must carry through into the rest of the client’s life if we have done our work well. The goal of massage is not just a reduction in pain but a greater, freer and overall more connected life.”

Adam is a nationally certified Hypnotherapist and certified teacher specializing in learning strategies and stress management. An author and teacher with over two decades of experience in academic and field practice, Adam has degrees in Education, English and Psychology and years of experience working with groups and individuals at retreats, in the workplace, and in educational settings, with programs designed to teach them how to reduce stress and pain, work more effectively, and improve life skills such as decision making, prioritizing, and conflict resolution.

Jazmin Wood LMT (MA60315)

Renee Speir, Holistic Nutrition Consultant

Jazmin Wood's career in healthcare started in geriatric rehabilitation and the care she takes with each person is evident the moment you meet her.

Jazmin’s goal is to assist clients in moving themselves toward health and wellness and to be a valued partner in that journey.

Patrisha Hamilton LMT (MA58817)

Patrisha Hamilton LMT (MA58817)

Patrisha Hamilton comes to massage therapy from a background in sports medicine and physical therapy. She studied massage therapy in the advanced program at Space Coast Institute of Health where, above the normal coursework, she studied prenatal and pregnancy massage, deep tissue and sports massage as well as reflexology, cranial-sacral, myofascial and lymphatic drainage.

In her practice she specializes pain management and injury prevention. The focus of her practice, Trisha says, is to “bring relief from pain and to prevent injury.” She works to allow her patients to broaden their physical activity without pain or discomfort and to expand the years they can enjoy an active, vibrant life. Her goal is more than just management of pain, but to return the patient to finding joy in being, once again, physically active and alive.
